Marie serves as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent, including Retail Tenant Representation. She earned a BBA with majors in both Marketing and Finance at The University of Texas at Austin. Marie’s initial real estate experience included multi-family sales with the IRC Apartment Group where she became proficient in apartment property analysis and marketing. Prior to real estate, her experience includes work in the Restaurant and Food Service Industry where she was a National Seafood Broker and a Vice-President for Campeche Seafood Inc. and before that, a restaurant manager for a fine dining restaurant.

She is a member of South Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (STCAR) , Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
